The Iroquois New York
A 10 Times Return on Investment
As a small hotel in New York City, The Iroquois
is holding its own against the competition. General Manager Paul Celnik says TravelCLICK media has played a big part in the hotel's success.
A $12,000 media campaign resulted in $127,000 incremental revenue for January and February 2002 - historically the two slowest months in the year.
"As a small hotel, we need a direct return to succeed," Celnik says. Through TravelCLICK's Hotelligence report, the Iroquois New York can verify actual bookings made via the promotions being run on the various global distribution systems, which helps the property gauge the cost-effectiveness of the
campaign. With the high return on investment and support, Celnik says the Iroquois New York can't afford not to take advantage of TravelCLICK's electronic media.
